Zekiye is a mobile photo app. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the app, make permitted purchases, use device permissions, create or store content, communicate with us, or interact with services that support the app.

Coverage includes information processed in the app environment, information needed to operate or protect Zekiye, and limited records received from platform providers, service providers, or legal channels. Where a mobile platform, app store, payment provider, or device setting gives you additional controls, those controls operate alongside this Policy.

App Records Covered

Information covered by this Policy may include content you add or generate through the app, device and app activity records, technical identifiers, diagnostics, crash or performance information, purchase-related confirmations from app stores or payment processors, and communications sent to Zekiye.

When Zekiye uses camera, photo, or similar device permissions, the app may process the content and related technical information needed for the requested action. Platform providers may also supply or retain their own records under their separate terms and privacy policies.

Purchase information is generally processed by the app store or payment provider. Zekiye may receive limited purchase status, receipt, entitlement, tax, fraud-prevention, or support-related information needed to verify access, resolve payment issues, or meet legal obligations.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Zekiye; process user-directed content; enable app functions that rely on device permissions; verify purchases; respond to privacy or legal requests; prevent misuse; troubleshoot errors; and comply with applicable law.

Processing may also support internal administration, analytics, quality review, recordkeeping, enforcement of terms, protection of legal rights, and communications about material changes to the app or this Policy. These uses are kept to purposes that are reasonably related to the app, platform obligations, legal duties, or user requests.

For users in regions that require a lawful basis, the relevant basis may include performance of a contract, consent where permission or law requires it, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the app, and establishment or defense of legal claims.

Storage and Deletion

App content and related records may be kept while they are required for operation, purchase confirmation, security review, dispute handling, tax or accounting duties, backup integrity, or compliance.

Content may remain on a device, in app storage, or with systems used to support the app according to configuration and user choices. Removing content or uninstalling the app may not immediately clear backup copies, marketplace records, transaction materials, or legally preserved archives.

When a record no longer has a valid operational or legal reason to remain, Zekiye will delete it, de-identify it, or limit its use through a reasonable process. Certain records may stay longer when law, safety, fraud prevention, financial controls, or legal claims require preservation.

Security Measures

Zekiye uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against improper access, use, or loss. Measures may include access controls, limited internal access, provider due diligence, transport protections, monitoring, and procedures for addressing security issues.

No mobile app, device, network, or storage method can be guaranteed secure. Users should maintain control of their devices, platform credentials, and backups, and should use device-level protections that match the sensitivity of the content they keep in the app.

Changes to This Policy

Policy updates may be made when Zekiye changes, legal requirements develop, provider terms change, or privacy practices need clearer explanation. The revised date in the version line identifies the current document.

When a change materially affects privacy rights or obligations, Zekiye may provide notice through the app, app store materials, website posting, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after a posted change means the updated Policy applies from the stated effective point, subject to any consent rules required by law.

Age-Related Safeguards

Zekiye is intended for users who can lawfully use mobile apps and make privacy decisions under the rules that apply to them. Where a user has not reached the age or capacity required in their region, a parent or guardian should manage the app use and any related permissions or purchases.

If information from a child or minor appears to have been provided without the required permission, Zekiye may limit, remove, or handle the information as needed to comply with law and protect the user.

Privacy Controls

Available privacy controls may include device permission settings, app store controls, operating-system privacy tools, content deletion options, purchase-management tools, and direct legal requests where applicable. The exact controls can vary by device, platform, country, and app version.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may allow requests to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, or object to certain processing of personal information. Some jurisdictions also provide rights to withdraw consent or challenge a privacy decision. Zekiye will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law, after taking reasonable steps to protect the information and confirm the request is authorized.

International processing may occur because Zekiye, its providers, app stores, or technical systems may operate across borders. When information is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards or legally recognized transfer mechanisms will be used where required.
